Contributions to the Festschrift

Deadline December 1^st. 2003.

Rules for format are simple: A plain LaTeX, or AMS-LaTeX file, with
pictures in either .ps  or .eps  formats as seperate files, preferably
zip'd to a single package, e-mailed to either

or
